Good absorption but leaks if flow is to fast

I previously reviewed ths product in the smaller pkg of 14 that I used as my trial period - After being very satisfied that it performs as I need it to, no leaks and excellent skin protection and fit, I ordered this larger quantity - It arrived very quickly and to my surprise it consists of 4 individual pkgs of qty 14 each which was not clear on the description- This works well for me - These underpants are very absorbent and do the job I had hoped for when buying them - not sure if it makes any difference but the blue stripe at the top of the underpants is supposed to be the back, I only recently noticed comments about that. I've been using them like this anyway and I don't know if it makes any kind of difference based on user's gender. I use them for night time which is allowing me to get better rest not having to risk falls from getting up 5 or 6 times during the night -- It's a strange sensation when urinating, but it serves the purpose and my comfort and rest are more important than my pride. Except for rare exceptions due to being in bed for 10 or 12 hrs at a time, I no longer have wet PJ's every morning . I will continue to buy this regularly, now that I've figured out my own system of use (bathroom trash container at the ready for easy disposal. The vendor is very quick and responsive which I appreciated as well.

These are not bad. They are not the most superior money can buy but they do work for day time. I would not recommend them for night time though. We use incontinence supplies for a special needs child with no bladder control at all, so they have to hold a lot. Definitely those are much better then the store brands.

Excellent absorption and do not irritate skin over time. I have been using these for my mother for over a year. She typically would start to have an allergic reaction to the elastic after a few months and so far she has not reacted to these. Also, they hold an amazing amount of fluid and her bed stays dry more often than not overnight. A relief to find a brief that works for her. Worth the expense for sure.

Exactly as described and the best on the market. I have tried them all and the Tena brand is definitely the best! The seller is quick to deliver and I highly recommend this product!!

Without this product, I'd be up at least 2-3 times per night to use the bathroom. I had tried the Purewick system and hated it. No matter where I placed the external catheter, an inch adjustment here, an inch there, it really leaked. This underwear kept me super dry with no leaks. Very comfortable, just use your regular size in clothing for the best fit. Glad to have tried these, highly recommend.
