After using this for a few days, I did a 20 mile hike and to my amazement I had barely any muscle pain the following days. It has helped immensely with post workout recovery. What an amazing product! I've taken it for years, but only occasionally. Then, about 2 months ago, I started taking it every day, all 16 oz, in the morning. What a transformation! I lost 7 pounds, and 4 inches of belly fat, with no change in diet or exercise. My insulin resistance improved, metabolism improved, bowel habits improved. If you only do one thing, do this! And, I don't think there is a better product. I trust Dr Mercola, and have used many of his products over the years.He has a full explanation of how H2 works on his website.

This product causes very frequent urge of urination.

I feel that I have been taken advantage of. My bad: I should have examined the ingredients more carefully (it's only a magnesium tablet!). Yes, dissolving magnesium in water will release some hydrogen, but this is an exorbitantly expensive way to buy a magnesium supplements.Again, I let my enthusiasm for starting a hydrogen regimen lull me into jumping on this "Molecular Hydrogen" product.IT IS NOT MOLECULAR HYDROGEN. IT IS ONLY MAGNESIUM!!!

I put this in my water in the morning and I haven’t noticed any difference. Been taking it for a month now.

Great supplement. I love Dr Mercola’s products. This H2 is a game changer! I don’t need coffee anymore. You can find cheaper supplements, but it’s worth it to me value for my money.

Just put one pill in your glass of water and you make it healthier. I'm not familiar with the theory behind adding hydrogen, so I can't say if this improves my health, but I though it was worth a try and so far, I'm happy with this purchase.
