Not small enough for children.
It was a little big for my 11-year old, and because of that, uncomfortable for him to wear. We made him wear it anyway and there were no injuries to his neck--so it served its purpose.

Better than most
Simple design and it serves a purpose - better than most as it is narrow so it doesn’t bite on your neck like Eclipse one that’s thick and flap wont stay down - if you sweat and don’t apply some vaseline on your neck the edges can rub you raw (first hand experience)
