These are excellent for my health, I use them once a year for total protection.

I ordered these as an aid to digestion. Easy to swallow and I have had no problem with absorption, but have as yet not noticed any major benefits, but will persevere and hope it improves with time

I used to live in Greece and we used mastiki when during the Christmas and Easter festivals to make Christopsomo and Tsoureki. I ordered these to use this Christmas and next Easter. The package was well sealed with tamper proofing and the capsules inside smell strongly of mastic gum as i would expect.We haven't made our Christopsomo yet so I cannot say for certain how well it will work but I have no doubts it will be fine for my purposes.

The bottle and the mastic gum look great and the gum capsules smell pure and intense mastic gum, and the colour of the capsules look attractive, but the bad review is solely for my experience with it!I took the capsules on more than one occasion in hopes of them getting dissolved in the stomach once eaten, but strangely enough they came down undissolved with the stool every time I took them, unlike any capsules I had taken before, which sounded the alarm for the quality of the product!Not to mention the crazy price, with the bad quality!In short, look for other brands that values quality!

I read a few reviews before I decided to order these, in the hopes that they would help to calm my sometimes-dicky guts, but they don't really seem to have done anything to have helped me at all. I can't say that I've seen any undigested capsules in the toilet like one reviewer did, but then I've also noticed no effect on me whatsoever.I won't be taking the rest of them, but I will take them to my local pharmacy to dispose of, rather than just binning them.

As I understood, mastic should be resinous and chewy. I opened a tablet to try a taste and it seemed to be mostly chalk with a very light back taste. Not too impressed.

Ok. First up, The advertised dosage on the listing is either wrong - or I've been sent the wrong product!The pack i received has 380mg per capsule!The capsules themselves look alright, but I haven't noticed any benefit to taking them yet.Update to add context: At the time of my initial review, the product listed on Amazon had a different and higher dosage level advertised.

I have tried this before and I have to say that in my opinion this one was not as impressive as that. Firstly, it is pricey which is fair enough, but I seem to have an issue digesting this one, which I did not with the last one I used. Maybe it is just me, but I doubt I would go on and purchase a follow up jar of these.
