For the most part it was easy to assemble. The instructions are vague, so you have to do a little guessing. I do have an extra screw ( no directions as to where it goes, and no directions as to where the included roll pin goes (Where top chair meets bottom). There were two cottle pins missing from the base of the chair, these should of been placed by the factory. You should have a total of 4. Overall, I do like the chair, it needed a little work, but now that it's assembled, I'm very happy with the end results. Definitely a good purchase, just check for these few problems.

The media could not be loaded. I like the chair a lot just that it has those problems with it. I don’t want to return the chair but I would rather get replacement parts because i just got it.

Yes this chair works. But it is not sturdy, stable, smooth, or even colors to what you would want as a “use every day” chair.I feel like my bigger customers are going to break it every time they sit down.Spend a little more and get a lot better.
