I found the exercises in video to provide a surprisingly good workout and to be fairly safe, providing you're wearing a sturdy set of heels. And I really like the approach - if we're going to wear high heels (and let's face it, we are!) then it's best to train for it and own that experience!This won't substitute for a fitness program, but is perfect for use 2-3 times a week.

This is just awful! If you love dancing, this is not for you. I don't consider anything in this workout as dancing. And, to top it off, it's really repetitive which is annoying. Do not waste your money!

Not bad but I was expecting something else. Light cardio and mild toning. I liked the dance element and will keep in the rotation for light work out days.

I like the production. This is a great workout; I'm amazed at how much I feel it with heels on...it's more intense than a regular workout without heels!

I have had SO much fun and results with this workout. I get a "sexy kitten" sensation when doing the workout. So enjoyable! Great visuals, music, format, and directions. If you're thinking hard about purchasing it- don't hesitate any longer!

I purchased this DVD for my daughter and her friends to enjoy and shape up at the same time. Great production!
