Used this to attach boxing bag to my pull up bar after I saw a YouTube vid recommending this to take the movement impact off the pull up bar. I must say, it's definitely worked well and my pull up bar has not moved from its fixed position at all. I recommend 👌

Bought for a ceilng mounted heavy bag.Haven't used this spring yet, as my bag is only 20 kg / 44 lbs & this spring was to stiff for that weight.I opted for a lighter spring so it would function on the 20kg, 4 x 1.5 ft, bag .These 250 lb rated springs appear strong enough for the advertised load & therefore more adequate for heavier bags.2 of these springs would be ideal on a large or heavy use hammock.

The media could not be loaded.  The way I've installed my punch bag is using a cross section of 2x3" stud across the top of the roof trusses (not recommended).I was getting lots of vibrations as the shock from the punches was rattling the entire garage structure.This simple spring has elevated all my problems I was encountering without me having to over-engineer something a lot more substantial! Excellent.Definitely recommend if you're got a similar issue.

Wanted to make my heavy bag (50kg) a bit quieter. This spring has really helped, it has taken alot of the shock and swing out of the bag which has also reduced the overall noise

I bought this, and what ended up being a springier spring, at the same time. This version won out for a boxing heavy bag. Holds it solid, and enough give, but not too much. Solid for about 80lbs and up. If for 50lbs or less, I'd recommend a springier one.

Sits between my 100 pound bag and a heavy duty crossbeam mount. Dampens vibration like a champ. The included heavy duty clip was a nice bonus.

Acquistata per agganciare e ammortizzare un sacco da boxe fatto con pneumatici di auto. Assolutamente perfetto sotto ogni aspetto (ammortizzazione, robustezza, limitazione rumori..). Consigliatissimo.

Materiel de qualité, a mon avis indestructible , sachant qu'il soutient un sac de frappe de 50kg sans broncher. Fait son office, autrement dit, evite au sac de trop se balancer et amorti les chocs sur les sangles et la fixation au plafond.

este pack de mosquetón y muelle son PERFECTOS para colgarte el saco de boxeo en el techo.yo tenía el mío colgado en el típico soporte de pared, sin este producto, directamente el saco ahí, y recibía mucho ruido con cada pegada, mal feedback.ahora lo he colgado en el techo con un artículo específico para ello, y he añadido este mosquetón y sobre todo el muelle, y perfecto. Sin ruido ninguno y con una sensación mucho mejor en los golpes.el muelle absorbe parte del golpe, restando impacto en el enganche, con lo que sufre menos el techo, y además hay menos ruido.en resumen, un producto muy adecuado que me va genial.
