great product and great customer care
This is a high quality product, so much fun to play with it. My 10y old learned how to control it and it's sturdy enough to handle all the harsh landings. One line snapped but it's being sent out to after asking the producer for help with it. Awesome!

Fantastic quality and flies like a rocket!!!
Outstanding quality in the build and materials used to construct this kite!!! It's performance well exceeded my expectations. Prism paid close attention to details when making this kite. It's got very durable materials that are doubled up where they're needed at the end of the the rods. Double if not triple stitching in the high stress areas. The quality of the materials far surpasses any other kite maker I've ever seen. Bravo guys and gals what's up with the product tester job it's always windy where I live??? I live in the high desert Southern Ca. Anyways this thing was a super blast to fly I look forward to many hours of fun with this guy.

Broke in half after only 30 minutes of flight time.
Bought this as a gift for my step-father who loves to fly kites. We took it to the beach last week on our family vacation. My husband, brother, and step-father went to fly it (all adults who have all flown kites before). After only about 30 minutes of play the kite crashed and broke in several places. Very disappointed as we've had other kites that have lasted for years of enjoyment.

This is a great kite, I took it out to the beach and the wind was moving, between 20 to 30 mph and it handle it like a champ.

Poor quality.
Used this kite as I have others in the past. Materials so delicate and low quality that minimal impact with the ground, normal with kite flying, tore the nylon. Also the sail material was brittle and also tore with normal use. Tried to return for refund and company claimed it was used hard. Not a durable product at all and not a great company that blames the user for low quality product. Would not recommend.

Fun and responsive kit that is easy to fly. Pulls nicely in strong winds.
