This thing made me laugh. It s built like a tank. easy to set up. the base is heavy and will prevent any tipping. the flexible arm stays put. I d be happy to pay twice what i paid for this (22 bucks) a great buy

Incredibly sturdy. Very easy to put together and the arm is very flexible. The screws stay tight to keep the webcam stable. Very very pleasantly surprised by the quality and ease of use.

This is a retracting stand for a webcam that has a solid base. I purchased it because I thought it would be more stable and take up less space on a small table than a standard tripod and stored in a small container. My experience is that it takes a bit of effort to get the telescoping parts to lock in securely. Take your time doing that before adding your webcam. Once done, it works as expected. And, be careful where you place your hands when you retract the sections. I pinched the side of my hand the first time I used it. I deducted one star for the two things I mentioned. Overall, it’s a good value.

Sure, you could use it for a webcam. But I was looking for something to hold my phone for Teams and Zoom calls when I'm traveling, so that I don't have to haul my laptop everywhere. I have a phone clamp that has a standard tripod thread, and which attached perfectly to this stand. The stand can be used with, or without, the gooseneck. For my purpose, I'm using it without. Attach phone clamp, adjust height, and presto! This thing is heavy duty. The base is a solid block of steel, threaded to receive the riser which is also heavy duty steel. Three degrees of freedom on the mounting head. Adjustable height. Really, really high quality. For travel, I disassemble the riser from the base, put it in a 1 gallon zip lock bag to keep it all together, and throw it in my suitcase. It also allows me to use my phone as a convenient second display, sitting above my laptop screen. Perfect for watching the game while I'm working down below! And the base is so solid that tapping the phone screen doesn't knock it over. Or even try to. It's a bit heavy if you are looking for something to toss in a backpack to carry around every day. But for a semi-permanent mount, or for something that you can travel with, this is a wonderful product! I can't recommend it highly enough!

Camera holder is great, very heavy so is very stable, easy to twist upward to get out of monitor view. works great.

Very flexible adjustments to suit any camera or phone set up. Locks securely and doesn’t take up much room. My desk won’t allow for a clip on style, so this having a heavy, sturdy base is perfect!
