Great tool no just for boxing.

I find this and is incredible.More focus after practice often and conteo de ball.My accuracy is better plus I can use it any timeI recommend to my clients in special my senior clients to improve their reflex and balance.

Great way to train quietly and in a small space

I used this in my apartment and my gym - after a year off the speed bag, but a few days tuning up with this reflex ball, I attacked that speed bag, no problem. The head band this is a bit strange, and the faster ball has a white rubber string, but all in all, a cool way to build fast eye and hand coordination

Pickleball training tool
Bought this to increase hand eye coordination for pickleball. I wasnt expecting big results from a ball on a string that hung from my head. I could only hit the ball 2-3 times the first day. I practiced 5 mins twice a day. Within 2 weeks I transformed my pickleball game at the kitchen because my reflexes were drastically improved! Great training tool with suprisingly fast results! I am 53 years old.

High quality reflex punching balls -- and so inexpensive!
Review by consumer, Joseph Lupoli:Are you kidding me? I still can't believe that this product is better made than my other far more expensive boxing reflex balls! And talk about fast shipping? It arrived at my home within 35 hours after ordering, and it was just a standard order! Now that's fast service! I particularly like the two-tiered system of difficulty level that this TEKXYZ product offers. Both punching balls appear to be the same size and weight (very light and soft for user safety), but the string on the black ball seems to have less tension than the red ball string does. The black ball is great for beginners. It allows you more reaction time to see the ball coming at you once you've punched it. And the headband quality is excellent (very comfortable Velcro head size adjustment).I've got a lot of experience with kicking and punching apparatus, so trust me on this one: don't waste your money on a more expensive brand. You don't always get what you pay for. Occasionally, you get lucky and pay much less for what you get. Very Dangerous Product!!
This product is extremely dangerous, the string almost blinded me on every occasion that I used it. I will never be using this again. The OTTO product is so much better.

Not easy but fun and effective
The first time you try this you will suuuuck. It's much harder than you think. The key is to read the instructions and make the elastic the recommended length. Then start out punching it towards the ground, not horizontally. Nice and soft, no hard hits. After a few days it gets easier and before you know it you'll be cooking spaghetti on the stove and whapping it all around the kitchen, honing your neurology and reflexes into Bruce Lee capacity. Your friends will come over, ask to see it, try it and suuuuck... and then you can show them your wicked ninja striking skillz. A cheap and awesome addition to your training arsenal. (hat tip: I first saw this on a Lee Morrison video, he uses it to warm up for training... if you don't know who that is you might just want to get this for your nephew who's a bouncer for Christmas... he would love it).
