Purchased the shorts in camouflage, size XXL. I am 5'7" 220, and the shorts fit as expected / were maybe a little large in the waist and the rear, but they were very short and showed off my underwear when I bent over. The material is thick and very soft and the shorts were quite comfortable. I am keeping them for sleep shorts.Update 3 months later : I love these shorts. The material remains extremely soft on the inside and non-pulling on the outside. Just enough stretch to be comfortable and hold their shape well.I wish they made longer lounge pants or pjs from this material - I would definitely buy them!!!

These shorts are ok. In the pics the material looks soft and more “flowy” but In Reality the material is not flowy but a bit on the stiffer side.Also they fit odd - they seem to have an elongated crotch area and for it to look right, the shorts need to be worn high on the waist which is not my preference. However when paired with a nice longer top, the look is nice.In all it’s an ok purchase that I will keep. However I would like to find a more soft, flowy, well fitting short

Soft, loose and comfortable

Wanted to update the review. I bought the black and navy shorts and a green flowered pair. The fabric differed from the solid to the flowered pair. The flowered pair were considerably more comfortable however they pilled on the first day from my purse touching them while I walked. All had too small of a waist band so the elastic folded over and was uncomfortable. The sold pairs were also uncomfortable as the fabric was heavy and the back side got stretchy and felt like a wet diaper. Fabric is too heavy for Florida weather.Original review: Bought the black shorts and they felt a bit heavy but after a washing they softened a bit. They wrinkled badly though and need to be ironed. Even with that, due to the fact they covered the tummy area nicely I bought a navy pair. The fabric was the same as the black pair. Then decided to buy the light green pair with the leaf design. They came today and are a completely different fabric...very comfortable but are stretchy like jersey. They do not hide flaws as well as the black and navy pairs but are considerably more comfortable. Did not see a difference in the description so I was a bit startled. Would have a higher rating if the fabric was consistent as I wouldn’t have known the difference.

I ordered several pairs of shorts in different colors and styles from this seller, including the blue with daisies along the front hem. They are adorable, although I'm not sure how long the iron on style daisies will last. This style of shorts run slightly large, but are super comfy. They wash well with no need to iron.

Let me start by saying that I have other clothes from these sellers and I really like them. These shorts, however, are the ugliest shorts I have ever tried on. I am an average 5'8, 150 pounds or so, I wear and 8/10. I ordered these in a L, and the size was correct. The length/inseam was good, the waist line felt good, and the pockets were an okay size. With that said, the material was terrible. It was thick, stiff, no stretch factor, and they made noise when I walked around, they were seriously noisy shorts. The biggest issue though was the front of the shorts. They went from the waistline to the crotch and made a big bubble shape down the front, worse than a diaper. Now, I have had 4 kids, have a bit of a mom pooch, but these bubbled out so bad in the front, even my husband, who never notices what I am wearing, said these shorts were the ugliest things he had ever seen me try on. So, whatever that is worth. So many had good things to say about these shorts, I wish I had received those shorts, but I have nothing good to say. Hard pass for me on these.

The picture of this item shows a soft flowing material but when it arrived it is a stiff material you'd expect on a dress shirt. The only reason it is getting a 2 star is because the print is really nice and cute. I really wish the material had been closer to a soft cotton t-shirt or lightweight sweat pant type fabric as it appears to be in the picture. The fit is odd too. If you bend it's like the material doesn't flex instead the back lowers down and the front of the leg digs into the thigh. Seriously like a man's dress shirt here.

I do not normally purchase or wear shorts. They are not an article of clothing that I am comfortable wearing. I am a thick girl, with thick thighs, and shorts do not flatter me in any way. They also do not provide any comfort for my thighs, especially in the heat, if you know what I mean…Except these shorts!!! These are the best shorts I have ever owned in my life, and I wish I would have bought them many years ago and in every color!!They are lightweight and stretchy material.The size that Amazon suggested is what I ordered. They do fit, and are comfortable for a relaxed “Mom” fit. But, if I wanted a more fitted outfit to go out to dinner, or brunch, I would suggest sizing down. Either way, still very highly recommended!

True to size (I usually fit a medium and have ordered a medium). Super cute shorts. Not see-through. The material is a but different than the image shown but nonetheless, the shorts are super cute and comfortable.

I was hoping the colour of the shorts were going to be as advertised, they were more on the yellow then the beige side. Other than that, the material is great!

The description says these are supposed to be made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex, but the tag in mine says 100% cotton. Mine are stiffer and more rigid than the picture where they appear like they are more flowy with a nice drape. I’m returning.
