It's all there in black and white...
I've been using copic drawing pens, and micron before that, and was hesitant to switch again. I've only had one drawing session with this pen set, but i LIKE the feel of these pens. At first i thought the ink a little too gray for me, but as I drew with it I found I really like it. The ink flows smoothly and easily, and I love the variety of tips. Nice selection! For broad lines, I thought the B would be my go-to pen, but I found I liked the SC best, even going over some of my B lines to change them. The XS is quite fine enough for my purposes, although copic and micron offer finer tips than this. (This company may as well, just not in this set?) I love that they've included a narrower and shorter tipped brush pen... Hooray!! I'll definitely use that. Using one of the larger tips (the SC, I believe) I did have one small smear where my hand dragged across it too soon, but I didnt have that problem with any of the other sizes. Or with that pen again, once I was paying better attention. Another reviewer had said they could do a light watercolor wash over the ink without it running or bleeding, but I dont know yet. I'll update this review once I try this, and also if I find the pens dry out quickly. If you like a looser, more markery feel, give these a try! update january 2016: I've done several large projects with these (see photos for two) and still love them. The smallest nib, xs, has worn out. The felt part is damaged nowAND I'm out of ink, I think. I feel like I did a lot with it, but I'm going to test a few other brands and see if they hold up differently. I am very happy with my results, though. Great pens!

Love these pens so much!!
So, did I like this product? Yes, yes I did. The pens in question, did I like them? I loved them! At first I thought XS would be my go-to pen, but I soon realized F was great for literally all my drawings. They were beautiful with those pens, I highly recommend them to any budding artist, or any kind of artist out there. I loved the price and the three new pens were amazing. B was a great pen, but moving on to the next three, I used SB and SC for writing fancy letters or practicing calligraphy. I,5 was a nice, thin, smooth marker-type of Faber Castell Pitt Artist Pen-it was definitely a great choice. For people who want more pens, I would also recommend the Sakura Pigma Micron Pens as they were also amazing. A nice thing about this pen set is that it can be used by anyone, literally anyone. These pens make drawings by people who aren't artists look fabulous. I thank the seller very much for a great experience with these awesome, marvelous pens. I was able to create really great artwork pieces with them. Thank you.

Always Keep on Hand
Love the Pitt Artist pens, and have multiple sets because my husband keeps taking them. This set has a great variety of sizes.

I'll always choose Faber-Castell over Micron when I can.
I know a lot of people default to the Micron brand but I've used both and i keep coming back to Faber-Castell. I find these hold much better when wetted (I do watercolor painting) and I swear they're ultimately a better quality as they last longer and don't dry out as fast.

Smooth but wear easily
Teacher required these for an art class and I'm on my 3rd already. To be fair, there's a lot of work for this class! The pens do seem to have a superior softness and ability to write from any angle so you can "ghost" lines by holding the pen at an angle, which not all fine pointed pens will do (my teacher keeps saying there aren't fine liners, they're artist pens and artist pens are better!). But the nib does wear down and it loses that ability. I still have ink in the ones I set aside, so I'm going to use them for other things, but the nib wore out and isn't versatile enough for sketching anymore The above applies to sizes S and XS. I only needed those for art class and have worn through them. I bought the multipack just for fun and really love how soft and easy to use the B, SB and SC are It's a great set, just know if you're using it for art the soft artist nib is useful for sketching but will wear out faster than fine liners meant for drafting

great "fineliners"
This will become my "travel set" of fineliners; I have used (read "worn out") a number for these Faber-Castell pens just sketching, and I really enjoy using them. On the road, I take along my F-C Durer watercolor pencils with which to color my sketches; it's a fine pair to use. (And, a very positive "Yes!", the F-C Durer watercolor pencils are well worth their cost!)

Great affordable pens from one of my favorite brands
The XS and S sized PITT pens have been some of my favorite art pens for about a decade. Decided to try these out for messing with grey tones, and they work great! A way more affordable alternative to my COPIC grey tone markers. An easy recommendation!
