They really work amazing.
This really worked in my 207 Fluval canister. I was so worried about my Axolotl when his nitrites went through the roof. I got these put one in and in 2 days his nitrites were gone.

Not really lowering phosphates
Installed this pad in my Fluval 107 canister hoping it would lower my phosphate level which is reading 10ppm. Let it run for a few days and tested my water but it hasn’t seemed to do much.

Lowered my nitrites from dangerous to none existent in hours in a not quite cycled tank when I added fish. Then the auto feeder tipped too much food in the tank as I was about to go on holiday. Had time for a quick water change and put two of these in the filter with a prayer and came back a week later to no nitrites and mid nitrates. Definitely a recommend! Cut to fit my Oase filter no problem.

Easy to replace and fits well in my fluval 207 canister filter. Suggest replacing every 2 to 3 months!
