NOT expensive (like Dell)
Don't need to know much about this item, except "does it work?" Because the original Dell product is apparently caught up in the inflation stampede....and IS WAY too expensive by comparison to this particular power supply. I've had it for six months now, and it's worked every single day since.Power supply adapters typically aren't complicated expensive devices. And this one is well-made, which is the only criterion it has to meet, and it does work, so there, Dell.Only thing you have to watch out for is does the connector fit the receptacle well enough, I believe. Just check that.
