Hot flashes have disappeared

It’s so great not to have to worry about hot flashes and facism at the same time! These worked gorgeous to heal my physical systems. Everything else about our current paradigm is still broken.

I’ve been taking this herbal menopause supplement since its arrival several weeks ago but have not noticed any reduction or change in my symptoms, which include hot flashes. Being that my goal is to reduce those, I have to say that it doesn’t work. But as with all nutritional supplements, what works for me might not work for others, and vice versa. My advice is to just try it and see. In terms of its ingredients and manufacture, it seems to be a valid and reliable supplement.

For those of us women who have gone through menopause, we look for many ways to ease the symptoms. This supplement is a one-month supply since you take three per day. It comes in a clear capsule with a brown powder-like substance. I find the capsules easy to swallow. There is no unpleasant taste or aftertaste. I am hoping that after several days of use, I will see the easing of some of my symptoms. I'm happy with this item.
