Great taste every time with my dosa or idly. Enjoyable with or without coconut chutney/sambar. Just add few drops of sesame oil or ghee. Best “gun powder” in the market.

Good stuff, I have used it with rice, tablespoon of butter, tablespoon of the powdered product, a cup of uncooked rice and two cups of chicken broth. The result looks like a rice version of mac and cheese, but with a mild exotic flavor and just a slight warmth in the mouth. I suspect that it is healthier than mac and cheese, one can substitute olive oil for the butter, the directions recommend ghee (kind of like clarified butter), I make mine without salt, but it can be added to taste.
