Great quality supplement

Good product.

With low Vitamin D levels, I take a Vitamin D supplement daily in one form or another. With the multiple vitamin & mineral I take, I only take the Vitamin D supplement 5 days out of 8 to arrive at a good, steady level. Running low on the one I usually used, got this one for when that runs out, so haven't used yet. Came in a timely fashion, packaged well. A hypoallergenic preparation was what my naturopathic doctor had recommended when I was seeing one.

Gave it 4 stars as I just started taking this so it has not been long enough to know how it will work. It is easy to swallow and has not upset my stomach.

Easy to take capsules, at 1000 mg, easy to manage amount to take, 6,000 spread throughout the day !

Once I started taking this Vitamin D 5,000 i.u., my vitamin D level went up nicely and years later, my blood tests still come out very good for vitamin D.

I have been using this vitamin for months now and I’m very happy with the results.
