This weight bench is in the perfect price range compared to high end benches, great adjustability, very comfortable and sturdy, easy to assemble and clear instructions with parts laid out based on each individual step. Appreciate the thought, quality, and design that goes into all Inspire Fitness products! I have two of these benches and their bench attachments, would recommend to all for any home gym!

Easy to assemble incredibly durable for home use. I've seen more durable stuff in the gym under heavy use but for the home gym with only a few users this is perfect. You don't really need more durability than this for the home it's too nice for commercial use. Super supportive in any position or posture. This can handle well over it's max weight rating. Visually appealing bench easy to move built like a tank. I'd get more, but I only need one.

I did not buy this bench off Amazon, so take it for what it is worth.... The bench is solid and feels stable so there are your 3 stars...This bench is marketed as FID (Flat Incline Decline) but at the last notch on the shiny curved metal support it is in the Flat position, there are no actual settings for Decline of the back pad. You can force a decline a few degrees if you let the structural support rest on the attachment bracket but it hits two rounded bolts there so, sorry, I do not count that as a decline point... Furthermore there are 6 cutouts on the curved support bar, and they claim that there are 6 back adjustments. If they intended "past the last notch" to be used as a decline , that would be 7 adjustments.Another odd thing is that all photos of the bench show the seat support forward to the closest end of the bench to incline. There are welds in that spot. To angle the seat, you actually need to angle the seat support back towards the backpad, there is a groove there for the support rod.The back pad I received was bulging on one side. I don't know what kind of foam they use, if it is a bad stitching job, or if it stuffed with some material that can shift over time. If feels flat to use so not worried about it.The leg hold is an absolute useless accessory (I don't believe Amazon sells it and it looks like it is standard with the higher end Inspire SCS bench. I had hoped it could serve in place of a proper sit up attachment (something with 4 foam rollers offset for locking behind your knee and on shin) but it is rock hard. One spot on the inspire website implied it was to set your feet on (maybe if you can't touch the ground?).Note - the accessory attachments are 1.5" so not interchangeable with other similar bench accessories.

This bench is amazing. I bought it because it’s the same one they have at my local gym and it’s been excellent both there and at home. Comfortable, versatile, easy to move and very sturdy. Great for incline and decline workouts.

This is the only bench my personal trainer recommends. It is sturdy; nice that it has wheels to move it around. Note it is only about 12” high so if you have trouble standing up from that height, might want to look at other products.

Commercial Gym type quality very sturdy. Love the leg extension attachment easy to use. Was Curios about Zion rubber plate fit but they fit perfect. Wont be able to add much more than two 45s but it work good.

I had been looking for a quality incline bench for a while now, and overall, I'm glad I decided to take a chance and pick up this one. The pads are fantastic. The height of the bench is perfect for me (I'm 5'8"). The inclining and declining of the bench is very simple. It has an attachment point for a preacher curl or a leg curl if you decide you want one on your bench. And the bench is fairly easy to assemble. I would recommend using a socket wrench to assemble this bench though. I used the little wrench that was included to assemble the bench and it was very wobbly when I first "tightened" the bolts. Turns out, those bolts weren't truly tightened and I needed to tighten them further to get rid of the wobble.

I like this bench, I lift heavy in my home gym and when I do my incline bench press this bench is solid and stable with no movement what so ever,and it folds up which makes it an excellent space saver, I just lay it against the wall when I'm done by just pulling the t pin. Very nice.

Great quality, this is the second one I have purchased for a second location. Very user friendly assembly.I highly recommend this bench.
