Works well to help ease muscle soreness however I did notice I was bloated after using it. Bloating subsided after about a week of use.

This really helps with your digestion. Been using it for almost a month and I drink it with my water everyday and it’s doing what it needs to do. I definitely notice a difference when I eat anything and how it activates quickly after a meal. Suppresses my appetite at times that I’ve noticed if that helps but it takes away the bloating feeling for sure.
