Strong door chain!
Strong chain with double spring ends and secure anchor points. The cover is nice.We get strong wind gusts and the old lightweight chains with single spring ends never held up. So glad I found this heavy duty chain assembly.I added a spring to lift it up.

Good quality
This is a good quality, strong and sturdy door chain. Does a great job of preventing my garage doors from being grabbed by the wind and slamming into the side of my stucco garage.

Strong, easy to install
I had a storm door that did not reliably latch, and kept getting caught in the wind. This stops it swinging back and has a bit of give so the door does not break.

Protects shade on door.
I purchased this one because there is a shade on the door window that I was afraid others without a wrap would damage. I have not used a secondary diagonal spring and it seems that it will be fine without one.

Do not buy
These chains are trash. Had them installed on front and rear storm doors on 2 separate occasions during high winds they broke. The 1st one the coupling snapped clean off and the 2nd the spring end snapped off. Both doors ended up broken and I had to spend over $200 bucks on each one to replace them.
