BELEY 15PCS Engine Timing Tool Camshaft Locking Alignment Timing Tool Kit for Mercedes Benz M133 M270 M274

I used this camshaft holding tool on an M274 engine. The tool fit correctly and performed well. I only used it once, so I can't comment on durability, but it appears well built for recurring usage. The tool was also critical and it would not be possible to complete the job without it.

Simple to use, exact fit, works as described, used on M274 engine and made the job really easy to lock camshafts and remove chain sprockets to change timing chain

0 starts if they let me. The tool fit ok, but not like the factory tool. The hold down adapter is not recessed into the bracket enough. Because it has no support or weak material the adapter spread open and damaged the $800 camshaft. Good thing I was replacing it. Ordered another one and it came used and shows damage in the same area. Ended up spending $600 for one from Baum tools. Never had problems with aftermarket timing tools. I would not recommend this tool, it cam damage the camshaft.

This is so cool. Everything needed right in this sturdy little travel case. And affordable, can’t go wrong.

I went to use the product to install some new camshafts on a c300. Only to find out that the tool doesn't hold the camshafts in place properly so you cant set the timing correctly. The tool allows for some play in the camshafts
