Works well
This glass cloth tape is exactly what was needed for a project with high heat requirements. The adhesive is very strong, and the fiberglass backing provides excellent durability and resistance to tearing. It held up perfectly under high temperatures without cracking, and the adhesion remained solid. This tape is a great choice for electrical work in engines, around heat sources, or for other applications where regular electrical tape would fail.

Good quality, though not exceptionally sticky
Seems to be good quality tape, as advertised. I used it to repair a shaded-pole motor, where I needed to cut the existing tape in order to remove and replace a thermal fuse. The replacement tape looks and feels as good as the original. My only concern is that the tape does not feel as 'sticky' as suggested; but it is holding and working well after several days of use. For anyone interested, a "flame test" shows that the tape will burn - probably the adhesives - but the glass cloth stays in place after the flame extinguishes itself. This is well beyond the temperature spec for the tape though -

Works perfectly with a 3D printer hot end
I found this tape after accidentally breaking the insulation on the thermistor leads of a new hot end I bought for my 3D printer. Using the tape was simple. I punched a small hole in a short segment of tape and placed in over the screw hole. Then I installed the thermistor before adding a second layer of tape with its own hole and finally the screw. At least, I think that's how I did it. Whatever the case, it has worked absolutely flawlessly ever since. Definitely recommended! It is worth noting that I exclusively use PLA, which prints at 200C. Other filaments may require greater temperatures. Still, considering the other review(s) mentioning how well this tape works in ovens, I don't think that will be an issue.

Well pleased!
I used this to repair my kitchen range. My stove is from the 1960s. Yes, I could buy a new one, but I like the featured of this one, so I decided to repair it. The insulation on the wires providing electricity to the burners from the controls (Hi, Med, Low, Simmer) at the back of the stove were frayed & very brittle - I suppose from the heat of the oven over the years. Regular electrical tape would not work, because the heat can be as high as 500° - at that temperature, normal electrical in tape would melt. This tape was designed to be functional at 500°. It installed easily, & the adhesive worked well. I only used about 3' of the 50' (?), so I have plenty left for other projects. I'm very happy with how it worked.
