I'm in love with this tea. You get so many for a decent price. The aroma get from this do beautiful. It's creamy and the nutty flavor isn't over powering. This goes great with milk or cream. Definitely buying again.

I was a little reluctant at first to try this tea because it isn't decaffeinated and I'm quite sensitive to caffeine, as I don't ingest it often and it tends to make me jittery and nervous when I do ingest it. I was pleasantly surprised by my body's response to drinking this tea. Not only did it not make me jittery and nervous, but it grounded me to a level that I've never before experienced and gave me a level of focus that I had previously only achieved during long meditation sessions after days of good nutrition, healthy exercise and sleeping habits. I'm not much of a tea drinker. I've been known to drink the occasional chamomile tea to help battle bouts of restlessness, but not much else. I've tried a few black teas and didn't care for their tastes. I actually find this tea's taste to be quite pleasant, not delicious but interesting enough to my taste-buds, between it's subtle flavors and somewhat silky texture, to crave more. Now that I think about it a bit more, I probably crave this tea more because of the positive effects it has on my body and, consequently, improvements in mood, that I can't help but notice every time that I drink it. I also like that I've had more regular bowel movements since I started drinking this on a daily basis (now about a week in). Again, this positive response was a surprise to me because I consider myself to have a relatively healthy diet, consisting mostly of fruits, seeds, nuts, beans, and vegetables and regularly ingest natural food enzymes and healthy probiotics, all things that are supposed to keep one's gut healthy and bowel movements regular. In hindsight, it seems that something was out of balance in my diet and this tea is, at the very least, cleaning up some of the symptoms of that imbalance, or perhaps curing it altogether. Should I continue to notice these benefits in the future, there's doubt in my mind that I will stick to my current routine of drinking one 8 ounce glass of this Oolong tea every morning. I'd be a fool not to.

Great quality tea for a reasonable price.

I love tea so much and this is everything I want for my drink. I m eating normally but tea all the way for my drink. This tea help me losing my belly fat and I love it.

I've used half of the t bags, and I've not noticed any difference at all. I wasn't expecting miracles but some change at least.......
