Yes. Ask the seller. (But I don't think you will need it is pretty fast)

Q: Does it come with Final Cut Pro?

No it does not. But Final Cut Pro works great on it when you do get it for it!

Q: Comes with ssd + hdd?

Mine came with a fusion drive. Read description very carefully if planning on purchasing. I am very pleased with mine
