Mighty Max Battery 12V 55Ah Power Boat Pontoon Electric Trolling Motor Deep Cycle Battery

Have used this battery multiple times this summer. It is great. It works flawlessly with my 46lb trolling motor. After being out on the water trolling for 2-3 hours it still has nearly a full charge. I had good luck with the Might Max 35AH battery but this 55AH is so worth the extra $40.

Bought this for a 4 person blow up raft. It worked great but is very heavy.

I bought this for my kayak for which I have built a transom to add a trolling motor (I will often go out for a long 3-4 hours day and like to be able to add some motor power). The motor is a Newport electric motor with 35 lb. thrust capability. I have used that motor at highest speeds for about 1 1/2 hours often pulling a tethered kayak and the battery has only dropped from 13.2 to 12. 2 volts. (they recommend to not go below 11 volts) However, it is heavy!! At first I had it placed behind me, but between my weight and adding battery weight to the back in addition to the weight of the motor, I only had about 1 inch leeway before the kayak would have gone under. I now place the battery in front of me and it fits perfectly between my legs as they are spread to the footholds in the kayak.

The battery came nearly fully charged (there was some discharge from being off charger, but nothing significant). It powered my 36lb thrust trolling motor roughly 4 hours at full power - pushing a 13' fully loaded fishing kayak with 15-20mph winds, and 4' - 5' waves. I wish my adult diapers worked as good as this power cube. The battery box says that there is still over half a charge left. That's pretty impressive for the price. I'd buy it again and suggest it to a friend.

Batteries just fine. Don’t take it right out of the box and use it or you’re gonna be disappointed. You have to put it on a trickle charge until it’s 100%. And I would definitely recommend their recommendation of not taking it below 25%. This is not off the cuff advice, I’m 58 and my daddy was a mechanic so I know the drill. JTP

I bought this battery as a 12 volt power supply for my CPAP. When fully charged I found that I can use it for at least four nights, 8 hours each night on a single 100% charge while boon-docking while out in my camper. To use with a CPAP be sure to get the proper 12 volt DC power supply cord recommended for you brand and model of CPAP. This baby is chock full of power and only cost a hundred paltry American bucks, none of which made their way into the hands of the poor slaves in the third world where the minerals to manufacture it were mined....by children. Kids have sneakers to make, and minerals to mine, we use fossil fuels to do both, save the children.

The first battery did not hold the charge but we were sent another right away.

There was a hole cut in the box around the positive post, the area was covered in something brown and the post had been either cut or broken off the battery
