Product is excellent. Very fine finish.in my last purchase seller send plastic chess board of around 100 rupees. Item returned.i got refund without any questions. Again I purchased it and made video in front of dilivery boy. Found genuine. Looks very beautiful in table .like a upper class status.

The quality of chess is great. Magnetic power of chess board is literally good ⚜️ Finishing and build quality also Best but I’m purchasing 12 by 12 inch chess for me it’s Little small. It’s my first time purchasing palm royal chess and it’s good. Yes its price is little expensive but it’s value for money 💰. Overall it’s good and I’m rating 8/10 ✅ best product. Don’t overthink

Real wooden chess board. Perfect smooth wooden surface. Chessman or pieces are made up of wood also magnetic.

The reason for ordering this wooden board with wooden pieces is for the premium look and feel over the vinyl or plastic board. But all of that went in vain as the product didn't meet my expectations. Cons: 1. Packaging: The packaging looked like the item was packed and repacked several times and straight out of garbage. I don't understand the logic behind not using a proper box for packaging and using a very old one. Hardly takes 5₹ for a new one. Refer attached image. 2. Board finish: If only packaging was the issue I would have been at least not bothered. But on opening found the board finish to be very rough on the edges and giving a damaged look. Also refer to the image. 3. Pieces splashed with colour: Some of the white pieces are having Green smudges, might be because of the Green velvet place holders for the pieces. The pieces might be places even before the green dye had fully dried. Attached only one image but quite some pieces had the issue. Individually all these are minor issues but on the whole it just doesn't feel right to spend 1.5K for a sub par product. Pros: Good sturdy pieces, Glossy look of board and might be long lasting.

Well impressed, for the price this is a very good chess set. Small enough to travel with and large enough to play with. The pieces are well crafted and look good. I highly recommend this chess set.
