We needed something to stop our front load washing machine from walking as well as to stop in from shaking itself to pieces. I looked at all the items sold here on amazon that are designed specifically for this purpose and every item had some say they didn't work or worked only for a few weeks. After spending so much time and feeling like I should just pick one and hope I came across these square anti vibration pads that are marketed for use with heavy duty items (much heavier weight than a washing machine) and the reviews were pretty consistent that they work. Finally! I can stop reading reviews and confidently purchase a solution that hopefully won't fail in a month. The pads arrived and the one complaint from most is that they stink. I don't know when people became so sensitive but they smell like you'd think rubber smells like, think a new tire, no big deal. Some said they had to leave them out in the garage for a few days which makes me laugh as I didn't find them to be that bad at all. I leveled the washing machine which is VERY important and placed these under each foot centered on the pad to the best of my ability. It's been about 30 days now and the washing machine has not budged at all. The vibration has decreased, the machine and it's pedestal are no longer creaking and the pad itself seems like it will have no problem supporting the weight for years to come. Don't expect zero vibration, no anti vibration pad can stop front load washers from vibrating entirely but I can say these pads stop almost all the vibration issues we have had and they are very very durable. Stop looking at the ones for washing machines and just buy these. Our washer has 1.5" diameter feet so I went with the 3x3 size pads and not one load of laundry has caused the machine to move at all. Simply wonderful product.

I initially got really worried after reading all of the reviews and seeing that many complained about how potent the smell was. So when they arrived I soaked them over 3 days in a mixture of water, soap, lemon, vinegar, bleach, and Downy unstoppables (haha). When I took them out they smelled amazing and I went ahead and put them to use for their intended purpose, which in my case was to cushion the vibration from our massage bed. They do exactly what they need to do and help keep the noise and vibration muted to the lower floor. Even after the first day of actually using them, I didn't smell a thing!

I purchased these anti-vibration pads in 3"x3"x7/8" to put underneath a 18"x18"x2" concrete paver to tame the vibration coming from my 3D printer. They worked well for the task I set them to. I did not personally notice any smell, nor do I remember there being much of one when I first bought them - except if you were to go nose to pad. My only disappointment with these pads is the fact that one of them was thinner than the other three by a fraction. It was enough that I had to place a shim between the pad and the paver. This was frustrating because it furthered a problem I was trying to solve for and then made the printer unlevel. I made it work. Would I recommend these? Yes. Would I buy them again? Also, yes - however, I would measure them as soon as I got them and would exchange them out if they were not the same.

The size was perfect

Purchased these pads over two weeks ago but the odor prevented more than a one-night use in our house. The odor is overwhelming, and the pads remain outside until the order dissipates. After two weeks on our front porch, the pads continue to reek. Otherwise, the pads are thick and during the short time we used them, vibrations were significantly reduced. While the company warns that the pads have a strong odor, I did not expect this would prevent use.

I got these to use under out treadmill legs and they work great! I keep them in a ziplock bag so they don't get dry. We have carpet. So, I didn't want the legs digging in, and they help a lot with the vibrations.

Ich bin echt schwer beeindruckt was diese Pads wegschlucken. Wir wohnen an einer Straßenbrücke und im Winter ist das Problem das sich die Brücke zusammenzieht und der Brückenstoß größer ist. Wenn LKW s drüber fahren vibriert in der Nacht ganz leicht der Fußboden im Schlafzimmer welches sich auf das Bett überträgt. Wir haben schon verschiedene Sachen ausprobiert bis zum in einem anderen Zimmer schlafen. Ich bin auf diese Pads gestoßen und dachte mal ausprobieren, ansonsten gehen die zurück. Was soll ich sagen, die Teile sind spitze. Es vibriert nichts mehr. Alle Probleme gelöst. Klasse die Teile.
