A great pump!
The well pump was easy to install. It runs very quiet. It arrived very soon after ordering which is very important when you have no water. I'm very happy with it.

Arrived Damaged.
Arrived with cast iron bolt hole snapped off and dent in side of end cap of electric motor. Not really worried about the cosmetics, but hope pump runs when installed. I don't have time to return, so fingers crossed. Note to seller, you really need to package the pump(s) with a bit more protection.

Cheaply made now!
Not like my old J7 I'm replacing-chead/weak plastic fittings for pressure switch and no manual operating lever-they must have saved $5 each doing this-already had the plastic fitting leak!-replaced with brass fittings and copper tube
