Standard size, probably better for small breasts.
The panties fit perfectly, I'm about a 2-4 in US sizes. The bra is probably meant for smaller breasts, but looks really cool over a red bra on me. I'm a G cup, it's probably better on A-C cups. The clamps are great! They have a nice rubber cover and a little gauge to make it as tight or loose as you want.

Great Fetish piece. Love the outfit and the look. They are stretchy and designed to fit a large range of sizes. I'm faulting one star for silver button that fell off but after months only one has came off so thats good. Great price.

Item was ok for the money, but a couple of the rivets fell off as I tried it on. And it was entirely too small up top.
