For the money this is a really good setup. I ended up building a base for it to raise it up off the floor, but that was just so the stylists didn’t have to bend over so far. The bottom base that sticks out the front is what I built to sit the chair and sink on. It was a little work to assemble, but not too bad if you follow the instructions and a helper would be handy. We’ve been using this for 7 months now and had clients say they really like it, and no complaints. If you’re on a budget and trying to upgrade your salon this is a good purchase.

The media could not be loaded. It’s good for the price. Make sure to tighten everything real good. Use a lot of thread seal on all threads!!! I had to cut a portion of the back out and get an 1/2” male adapter and a 3/8” female to 1/2” female hose (supply line). About 25$ extra for me but if you already have a 1/2” valve instead of 3/8” valve for your plumbing setup you shouldn’t have to buy anything extra except thread seal. Good for a startup shampoo sink

I gave it less than 5 stars simply because it was not for my business. It is made less than professional grade however, for home or starter I will recommend.PROS :Price is decent, comfortable ,everything is included to assemble, shipment was fast, customer service was awesome.My dislikes:: This is only pertaining to me personally. I am 5'8 tall so this shampoo bowl was way too low for me. I could not use it if I wanted to. The chair lays back far. Nothing is adjustable. The bowl in itself is not for anyone with long hair, most parts are plastic but extensions can be bought if parts do not reach plumbing, although it is not for me or clientele I will say that for a barbershop in need for a bowl for inspection purposes it is perfect and great for a kids shop as well.If seller has more bowls to offer I would buy from them simply because their customer service was awesome .

This item was well pack. No scuffs marks.. Ease to assemble! Very sturdy.. worth my money! It fits perfectly in my area of work.

I opened a new salon, it took about 30 man hours to try to assemble/install due to the supplied plumbing not being standard. The wood anchors inside the unit are weak and will break. It looks like they were made in a Chinese sweat shop. You get what you pay for is what I was always told, I made the mistake dont duplicate what I did. I bought cheap items and got a cheap items. I would not recommend this item to anyone. I am very disappointed and will be removing these as soon as I can save money to buy something else. You will have to cut the the back out of this to mount traditionally or relocate your plumbing and it will be exposed for customers to see, so be aware. The anchors are garbage and I had to buy new ones. I'm not one for bad feedback ever but these item are not acceptable. Plastic bowl, shoddy anchors for arm rests. Palin's and simple learn from me dont purchase. It took 30 days for me to install after purchased because my u it was being renovated and these were the last items to be installed. Shipping was great and packaging was great. Everything has to do with the items themselves.

I am obsessed with this shampoo bowl. The only thing I wish is that it wasn’t a plastic bowl. But it is just me working so it’s not a big deal. The bowl itself is HUGE . I can place my toner bottles and bowls in it while coloring without it getting in the way.I love the comfort of the chair itself too. I could literally take a nap in it. 😂My bf is a plumber she he did buy the extra plumbing pipes needed to install. Which I would recommend. The other best thing I love about it is the height. I’m five foot nothing and the top of the bowl comes to my belly button. Which is perfect height for me. No more having to use a step stool to wash hair.If you’re taller than 5’5 , it might be problematic for you tho. So keep that in mind.

I would have given 5 stars especially for the price. However the plumbing is super cheap it all had to be replaced and the hose is too short to shampoo underneath a client head. Also the chair sits too close to the bowl. Making the neck rest impossible to put on also because it sits so close to the you can’t get the cape between the bowl and the chair which leaves the client wet.
