this is a good Chinese rice wine. used in loads of different dishes. I love it in egg fried rice and a chicken curry.

Recieved my order in good condition well packaged in bubble wrap, colour is a deep rich brown, consistency is a light sauce, added to my cooking and it has boosted the flavour. This is the first time I have tried this brand so I can't compare with another but seems like good cooking wine.

Started using slimming eats cookery book for air frying and some of the recipe require shaoxing wine and I didn’t know where to buy it, they are quite big bottles and make really nice sauce for the meals

meh, no better than that, I'll stick to sherry in future
