For a low-carb high protein pasta, it was easy to prepare, and sufficiently tasty.Obviously full carb pasta tastes the best, but when you're trying to be healthy and drop pounds, you got to make some concessions. This is a good way to do it

I was impressed with the product’s description but totally underwhelmed by the taste and consistency once I received it and heated it up. I tried it with butter, vegetables and seasonings but it was still tasteless to me. I gave it a try with high hopes but I can’t, based on my experience with it, recommend it.

Very good substitute for pasta noodles

Surprisingly I liked this product, enough to buy more. I wish the noodles were just a bit more substantial in width and length. They held on to the sauce well, and with a bit of seasoning tasted ok. For a low carb product, this is a good option.

Work the money to me for a low carb pasta.

So I ordered the hearts of palm "pasta" expecting to hate it and throw it away. the HUGE pluses are for a 9 oz. package there are only 11 carbs (as compared to 40 carbs for 2 oz. of real pasta) and very low calorie and I am diabetic so that is what got me to order it to begin with. It comes cooked in a pouch "not my favorite type of food" I added tomato sauce and heated per instructions, and I was shocked that I didn't hate it. For me, it has a weird "mouth feel" and an almost discernable odor/aroma so I won't be ordering it again but I'm sure some might enjoy it. To each his own. Glad I tried so that I don't have to wonder what it is like.

This product looked disgusting. It claims to be angel hair it looks like tripe, the noodles were flat and grey . I could not get myself to even try it.
