Very poor quality. The product is runny and watery, as if it has 10 times diluted. I have used other conditioner in the past and know how it is suppposed to be. Biotique is a good brand and this kind of gimmick was not expected from them. This is definitely a tampered product. When I opened it it was past the date when I could raise an issue.. soni let it be.

I used for 2 months. It's too watery. Wonderful aroma. I didn't see any differences .

Good herbal product for hair care

I was disappointed with Biotique Thyme Hair Conditioner. Unlike the rich, creamy formulas from brands like Dove or TRESemmé, this conditioner has a very thin, watery consistency that feels more like a rinse than a treatment. I found it difficult to get the right amount for my hair, and it didn’t provide the moisture or detangling I expected. After using it, my hair felt lackluster and not as soft or manageable as I hoped. The herbal scent is pleasant, but it didn’t make up for the underwhelming performance. If you're looking for something that truly conditions and nourishes, I would recommend sticking with a thicker formula. Unfortunately, this one didn’t meet my needs.
