Hello, thank you for taking the time to contact 3M. There is a discrepancy on the listing as it appears from the price and unit title that you will receive two pads (40 sheets). Yet, they list quantity two pack so this would be four pads and 80 sheets. Please contact the seller of the product to verify how many pads you will be receiving before committing to your purchase. Q: Can I roll the pad up to put in suitcase?

the pad has a cardboard backing. You could roll it up if you remove the cardboard.

Q: Is the entire back sticky on every sheet or just the back of the top like a post it note?

It’s just like a post-it note. Holds well to a wall, but does not damage. I have been able to roll a sheet carefully, secure it, and get a second use out of it. Hope this helps!
