I like that it comes through the letter box. Its hard to know if its working.

L-glutamine is really important despite some of the food we eat contains and the body also produces this amino acid.The regular level of l-glutamine needs to be kept as it is beneficial to our immune systems and our digestive system too.

I bought these after reading all the hype about how l glutamine helps with gut health. I had big expectations. Honestly I did not notice any difference after taking these. I understand there are many variables when it comes to gut health, and so I am reluctant to say they don't work at all - just that they didnt work for me. If you are on your own journey to healing, Id say give them a go and see if they work for you - you have nothing to lose.

While some use this to support a training regime I use it for healing my stomach and gut and on occasion will give it to my dogs for the same purpose. My partner takes one every week because Setraline depletes this important amino acid in the body. Although large I find them easy to swallow with a full glass of water. Good value compared to high street health food stores.
