All I can say is happy was the day I found out about monolaurin by chance through a mailer. I went on amazon and found this and ordered it immediately as a test bottle. All I can say is WOW!!! Within an hour of taking the first capsule I began have a stupendous die off. Right then and there I rejoiced because I knew the infection was getting killed. For the next four doses the die off reaction would happen again. Finally after the next dose it stopped happened and I was free of the burdensome symptoms while the minor ones lingered. After a week I was sooooo much better than had been in years. I wish there wasn’t as much as there is in this product, I wish it were just a mg or 2. Instead I went and bought the same brand with just monolaurin in it without the zinc. MONOLAURIN IS A GREAT GIFT OF NATURE. IT SAVED ME. I will never forget it. I will always at least take one pill a day. I am forever GRATEFUL.

I love the fact that I can get the Zinc with the monolauren.! Both are needed to help with keep you healthier.

LOVE this supplement. It is my favorite new immune support supplement in combination with Elderberry. Been exposed to all kinds of Germs & viruses at work (ED) and I believe it (in combination with the elderberry) is what kept me from getting anything, even the flu that has been going around (the strains not covered in the flu shot this year). It also helped my college kid when he was battling EBV (Mono) and we used it as part of his personal Mono supplement regiment.

I took this with food and it still made me nauseous. I’m sure it works for some people, but not me.

Cant say I notice any difference in taking it but as long as it does what it promises....
