Walker Edison Saxon Mid Century Modern 4 Glass Shelf Bookcase, 48 Inch, Dark Walnut

I looked high and low for something the exact right size for records but also with a mid century vibe. I finally landed on this, replacing a four cube shelf from Walmart. So far I love it! I had some minor issues. First off when trying to assemble, 6 screws that were supposed to be labeled “B” were mixed in with the “C” hardware so I thought they were missing for awhile. Second, the two wood strips you can see on the back of the shelf. One is shorter than the other. I had to fold a piece of paper and shimmy it up so light wouldn’t show through. Not a huge deal but kind of annoying. It also may feel kinda flimsy until you get the glass shelves in. I only wish that they put holes for the pegs right smack in the middle. Then it could fit records on top and on bottom. The glass is nice and feels very sturdy, no rough edges or anything. It says it’s tempered glass. All together I think this is a good buy for the price if you’re into the mid century look. Hopefully it holds together well!

Easy to assemble. It’s sturdy. It looks pretty good, the glass shelves give it an interesting look. I like that it’s up off of the floor on metal legs. I paid full price and received no compensation for this review. It’s a good product, I would recommend it.

Instructions weren’t clear and had to take apart and backtrack because certain details about which parts and which way they’re supposed to be pieced together weren’t pointed out in each step and didn’t realize until a few steps after the little details in the picture. Ended up taking several hours from 12 to past my kids’ bedtime with the help of my daughter by the time I was finished. Wall anchor straps should be longer and can see over the top behind the bookcase. Despite all that frustration, the end resulting product does look like An attractive bookcase of good quality and my living room looks more organized. Just really frustrating. And when wiping off the wood glue, the paper towel turn brown so not sure if after more use if some discoloration might result now either.

Easy to put together and very sturdy. Love it.

It matches perfect with my coffee and inn tables. It's way way better than wayfair products that you have to re-drill the holes for the screws to fit. Looking for an corner tv stand to match. Send me photos and thank you
