My 10 year old daughter is loving this book. It's really helping us to get her to reach out and share with us.At the moment we are under going autistic assessments and have a very anxious child so I would say give it a go.We incorporate it into her evening routine and encourage her to share what she's written. It's definitely helping. Will buy again.

I bought this for my 9 year old nephew because he is struggling to express how he is feeling and instead lashing out. It seems appropriate to his age, looks funky and has helpful prompts. I like that each day finishes with listing the 3 best things that happened that day because it feels like a positive note. It contains 59 days worth of pages, so I feel that it's value for money. Pictures included, so you can't see before you buy.

I was initially disappointed, I think I expected more from strong reviews and it seemed a bit limited. Upon using I found that it allowed us to share a great dialogue

I purchased this for my 10 year old as we are going through some health issues at the moment and he finds it hard to talk and say how he feels. the pictures really help him to identify with how he feels and he is able to communicate this through the book. the wording Is child friendly and no big sentences so easy for him to associate and read. it is simple and effective and my son loves it

Well used and serves it purpose

The book includes the same double spread page over and over again. Upside to this is it has a structure and can help to develop a healthy habit. Downside is that it I’m not sure these 2 pages are worth £6... but i would say it’s worth it if u want to get your child to start thinking about the basics of self awareness.

This product is amazing. I have ordered a 2nd one. Although both books are completely different inside - but both great! This is good for children and adults. It gives you the opportunity to really think about emotions, emotional triggers and what is important. It also allows you to be creative, alternatively you can purchase emojis stickers and put into this book.
