I substituted this for a soy lecithin I was having delivered on subscription when that product became out of stock.It works just as well, and actually tastes a bit better than the other product. It mixes into food (oatmeal) a bit better as well.I mainly take lecithin for the cognitive benefits, and this has worked just as well.

Lecithin is good for the health of the nervous system

I received my order on time, satisfied packaging. I immediately open the Lecithin because of some reviews I read that stated the granules were brown. I have purchased another popular brand over the years and they were light in color and fresh. I only switched to check out the quality of these mainly because you only need One Tbsp, instead of 2 with the other, same amount of servings. As I mentioned, I just received today so I will update the taste, quality, etc., later...right now the color of the granules is an issue with me. Hopefully, this will have a positive outcome.Update: Outcome not good! tried the whole cannister. I put in my coffee mainly and oatmeal. Dissolved well in both, but has a taste I didn't care for apparent in my coffee. I won't purchase these again.
