As beautiful as it is functional, and with great customer service...
The media could not be loaded. Doing a bathroom renovation, I decided to go with a freestanding tub, a Japanese sitting tub to be specific. To fill this tub I decided to go with the floor mount faucet with the nickel finish. My house is about 15 years old and one of the features that I picked was all brushed nickel hardware and faucets. This tub filler matches my current hardware perfectly finish wise. They are a little different in style than my other fixtures but they are all close enough in color and finish so as to make this less noticeable. The finish: beautiful brushed nickel, low luster, smooth sheen. Finished is consistent without blemishes or imperfections. All parts have a perfectly matched finish from the spigot to the floor cover. The hose spiral may appears to be made of stainless steel, but the contrast of the metals adds to the character.Function: as you can see in the video, the spout rotates freely without issue. The lever controlling the water and temperature rotates smoothly allowing for easy operation. The lever controlling the valve for the spigot or wand also operates smoothly and allows for easy customization of water flow.Form: as I have stated already, this is a beautuidl faucet. It really enhances the high end look that I was going for with the fancy tub I had installed. The wand is a really nice touch. It feels really great on my back at the end of a long day when I'm sitting in the tub vs. taking a shower. It's also great to use to rinse off when you are getting out of the tub especially is the water is dirty. The only issue is that you have to be careful about how strong you have the flow set before you turn the water on. It can get away from you if it's on high and can really douse your bathroom.Customer service: I had bought this faucet about 6 months ago and just had it installed. If you have ever done a renovation, you will know that it can take 2-3 times as anticipated, especially if you are doing the work yourself. So having this faucet recently installed, we found and issue with the hose for the wand. apparently there were holes in the tubing underneath the spiral and when you cut it on, the water would spray in mutliple direction. Even after all that time, I contacted customer service via email and told them about this issue. In less than 24hours I got a reply that they would send a new hose, and a couple of days later I had the new one installed and have been up and running ever since. So in short, I think this is a great quality, beautiful, smoothly working faucet that is easy to operate and suits all my needs. Those things coupled with a company that eagerly stands behind there products makes recommending this faucet an easy choice. So if you are in the market for a floor faucet I would definitely recommend this product.

Excellent customer service; verify hose length and rough-in plumbing
SUMMARY OF THIS REVIEW======================I highly recommend getting the faucet in your hands BEFORE finishing your rough-in plumbing and before tiling your floor to minimize the chances that the supply hoses are too long or too short. Freestanding tub fillers can be tricky to install, especially when you don't have access from the floor below, so working with actual measurements rather than assumptions and potentially misleading amazon product pictures is your best path to success.I've installed many freestanding tub fillers like this, sometimes with access from the floor below and sometimes without. If you have access from below, installation is almost always be easier because you usually have plenty of room to work and you can deal with mismatches between hose length and rough-in plumbing by gently bending the hoses in the joist bays of your floor. This review will focus on installation without access from below.CUSTOMER SERVICE================The seller/manufacturer of this faucet was extremely helpful to me. The hoses supplied with the faucet are simply too long for installation without access to the floor below (I received 31" hoses, but they should be 29.5" in my experience, as explained below). The seller made me new, correct-length hoses and I received them in approximately 1 week.(Edit: pictures are not in the order that they were uploaded, so I've updated the pic #'s below)INSTALLATION============STEP 1. Rough-in plumbing (see pics #3-4)--------------------------------------------------Your rough-in plumbing (hot and cold stubs) must have 1/2" male threaded ends to mate with the threaded female nut on the supply hoses. The very tops of these stubs should protrude from the top surface of your finished floor by approximately 0-1/2", with 1/4" being ideal (see pics #3-4). If they protrude less, then it'll be impossible to get a wrench on the nut of the supply hoses to tighten the connections, and if they protrude more, then the nuts of the supply hoses will be squeezed against each other within the round hole of the tripod base and it'll be impossible to tighten the connections; also, the hoses will be too long, and that extra length can't be accommodated for within the long hollow standing tube. The center-to-center distance between the rough-in stubs should be approximately 1.5". If it's more, then the supply hoses won't reach (they can't be redirected much when exiting the hole in the tripod base); if it's less, then it'll be difficult or impossible to tighten the connections because the nuts of the female hoses will be pressed against each other. Finally, make sure that your rough-in stubs have approximately 1" of play both vertically and horizontally. This last point is very important, because it allows you to push one stub out of the way while you're threading the hose onto the other stub. Trust me, don't put a pipe strap on your rough-in stubs near where they exit the floor!STEP 2. Supply hose length (see pics #2, #5, #7-8)---------------------------------------------------The correct length of supply hoses should be 29.5" total end-to-end length, at least for the product/long hollow standing tube that I received. However, the provided supply hoses were 31" (see pic #8). This is simply too long, because the male ends of these hoses stick out past the standing tube 1.5" too much (see pics #5, #7). I tried to make up for the distance by spiraling the hoses within the long standing tube, and it ended with the hoses getting kinked and ultimately the male ends of the hoses popping out from the faucet side and causing a lot of water damage (see kinked and damaged hoses in pics #2, #6). I notified the manufacturer via email, and they made me custom 29.5" hoses. The manufacturer was extremely helpful in this regard. I explained the issue to them, and HOPEFULLY now they are selling the faucet with the correct hose length. When you get your faucet, I highly recommend fully assembling it to ensure that the hose lengths will work for your installation. You can perhaps make up for up to a 1/2" mismatch between the hose lengths and your rough-in stubs, but not much more.STEP 3. Double check the washers in the supply hoses (see pic #1)----------------------------------------------------------------------------After my first failed installation attempt with the too-long hoses, I received the custom-length hoses from the manufacturer and reinstalled everything. However, when I turned on the water, the faucet leaked at the base. It turned out that the washers in the custom-length hoses were slightly thinner and smaller than the washers in the original too-long hoses, and that was just enough to cause a leak regardless of how much the hoses were tightened. After I replaced the new washers with the original ones, the leaking stopped.STEP 4. Install the tripod base to the floor. (see pics #4, #9)------------------------------------------------------------------I recommend installing some pieces of 2x4s in your joist bay (before installing your floor) that align with the mounting holes of the tripod base so that you can use regular lag bolts to secure the tripod base to the floor instead of using the supplied expansion bolts. The expansion bolts are hard to work with. The biggest issue is that the expansion bolts may fall through the holes you drill into your floor and into your joist bay, never to be seen again. Another issue is that the holes you drill for the expansion bolts have to be almost perfectly aligned with the mounting holes in the tripod base and almost perfectly vertical, otherwise you’ll likely have great difficulty getting the bolts through all three mounting holes. If you're drilling into tile, it can be challenging to make perfect holes. To install the tub filler:1. Screw the male ends of the supply hoses into the faucet part;2. Push the female ends of the hoses through the long hollow tube and screw on the long hollow tube to the faucet part;3. Slide the big decorative cover onto the long hollow tube;4. Push the female ends of the hoses through the tripod base and screw on the tripod base to the long hollow tube. Use lots of nylon thread tape on the connection between the long hollow tube and the tripod base (thread tape isn’t necessary on the other end of the hollow tube). The thread tape is important because this is how you ensure that when everything is tight, the faucet will be facing in the correct direction—towards and into your tub!Once everything is assembled and you know that everything will align (hose lengths match to rough-in stubs, , tripod base mounting holes align with holes in your floor, and the faucet faces the right direction), lightly secure the tripod base to the floor (double check that you've slide the decorative cover onto the long hollow tube first!). At this point, you can wrestle the supply hoses to your rough-in stubs and tighten those threaded connections, probably one at a time. This is where having some vertical and lateral movement-play in your rough-in stubs is critical. Finally, tighten the mounting bolts of the tripod base to the floor, and your tub filler is installed.

Water lines
Main water lines are just long enough to get through the floor. They send 2 small hoses to extend them but these are worthless. Do not use them. Tried 2 sets and both leaked.
