Q: I have an 8mm plug in the oil drain on my air compressor. Will this screw into that so I can use it as an extender to drain my oil easier?

I'm not sure if the 8mm adapter will fit you compressor, but the adapter is 8mm - 1.25mm (Male) x 3/8" - 16 (Female) NC Adapter.

Q: Will this work on a Yamaha F20 outboard?

Yes, use the 8mm adapter to screw into the drain hole and then screw the swivel adapter into the female threads of the swivel adapter.
