Looks great, simple to control and effective heating
Replaced an old oil filled electric unit for my outdoor office as it took ages to heat the roomLooks - very slick with the frosted glass and the large display on top right of the panelInstallation - comes with screws and brackets for wall mounting which is just a couple of simple measurements to hang - it weighs very little so will safely hang on a plasterboard wall (also has feet to be floor standing if desired)Setup - powered on and left for a minute to allow it to boot up, opened the SmartLife app on my phone and it was immediately detected as a new device and I was asked to add - a button press later and it was done - simple and easy - the app pushed the device into Alexa and it also appeared there as well (limited to on and off)Performance - unlike my oil heater which took ages to heat up this brought my 3mx4m office from 18 to 22 in less that 10 minutes before is stopped.Control - you can control from the front panel, little remote, the app or Alexa - from what I can see all the same controls are there for all except Alexa which seems to be just basic on/off (to be explored) - set temp, comfort, eco (half power) and timer are availableI ordered the 2500w unit but feel I will only use full power to bring the room up to temp and then set to maintain for the rest of the dayAfter just an hour I’m very impressed, it looks smart, was easy to hang, smart features are basic but all the features you need are present and it really puts out some heatOne note of caution - the glass panel does get hot so you’ll want to be careful around small peopleGreat bit of kit and pleased with my purchase - can turn the heating on whilst brushing my teeth so the office is toasty before I get there in the morningEdit - I stand corrected on Alexa - you have switch on/off, set the mode and temperature - so almost party with the front panel and remote control

Efficient Electric Heater
This is a well designed wall-mounted or freestanding heater. The glass panel front is attaractive and certainly in my view better looking than some of the alternative all metal designs. Wifi control is good and the app works well from any room or remotly. There is a timer function available but I tend to operate it as needed. The temperature dispay on the front of the heater is clear and easy to read. For some, it may be too large but personally, I like it. Wall mounting is straightforward with the unit working straight out of the box. Overall, it was a good buy. In fact, I bought a second for instant heat in another room.

Cool looking heater and worth the money
I bought this heater because I needed to control my heating from work, as I work shifts and it looks great, very modern. I took delivery of it and tried to get it to connect to my wifi but could not for the life of me get it to work. The instructions are not very clear and made it very difficult to set up. I’m not an idiot as I have numerous systems at home that run off wifi so I know what to do but this had me stumped.I boxed it up and made a request to send it back. It sat there over Christmas and last week I thought I’d give it another go, but this time I went on YouTube and found a video of how to set it up and BINGO!! It works!!It’s very easy to work from the panel on the heater and similar on the app. I bought the 500W one as it’s only for my hallway and after mounting it on the wall it not only looks good but it heats the hall brilliantly and all from my phone. Only a couple of niggles I have:-1: the display will not turn off when the heater is on, so if you have it in your bedroom at night then the display will light up the room2: you can set a schedule to turn the heater on but you cannot set it to turn off from the app.It looks very cool with its white glass panel and a thermostat telling you the temperature of the room. It’s also very light and good build quality too. The remote control adds another control feature making it even easier to use.All in all, a great heater and very easy to use.

Very effective, simple when using Alexa
After reading reviews I initially set this up sat next to the router before moving upstairs where it would later live.Setup involved downloading an app, then linking that app to Alexa for voice control and scheduling. While process took ten minutes.Because it has a standard interface (as a thermostat) in Alexa, the functionality of on/off; and temperature changes, as well as the duration (both manually and via automated scheduling) is very easy.Chose the 1.5kw model to heat the space at the top of the stairs and bathroom which only has a towel warmer. Before this, the heat from downstairs would simply rise to heat up there. This heater heats that space, helping to keep downstairs warm. It's very effective.Cons: every setting results in a loud beep. And the led is bright. I could never have this in a bedroom. Instead the temperature display led acts like a nightlight at the top of the stairs - a bonus, but I'd be massively annoyed by it in a bedroom.Weight is NOT the 7kg (or whatever the advert details state). It's quite light. Maybe 2kg max.In terms of wall fitting, that was a bit annoying if you're trying to centralise it: the brackets are off-centre. And the screw holes for the brackets are also off centre. I've a maths degree and working out the placement was a head-mess!!Overall I would buy again, but the bracket placement, beep, and led control are unnecessarily annoying, and should be reviewed by the manufacturerOh, and a built-in cable tidy would be useful too, instead of having to loop spare cable around the brackets.
