This is the real deal
This is the correct Indian OEM bracket, I bought a cheaper one and although it was made well it didn't fit my 2023 Cheiftain Darkhorse. Sent that one back and ordered this. This one fit perfectly and went in easy. One thing to note when you install it that contrary to what it says on the instructions place your wiring harness in front of the Bracket not through the hole as it states.

2023 Indian Chieftain Limited driver backrest mount bracket
The paint could be better. It only came with three bolts; I reused the battery case bolt. Due to the thickness of the ECU mount, a spacer should be used under the other side of the left front bracket foot. Otherwise, the bracket leans. The bracket did fit otherwise and easily attached.

Works perfectly, easy install, easy to take in and out for my wife to get on the bike. Matches the bike. Very confortable when I am riding alone, or with my wife.
