My Kids Love Their Giant Lite Brite
I built a giant Lite Brite with a budget of about $200. The dimensions I chose were 2’ x 3’ and I ended up with 737 holes. I am sharing unfiltered photographs to give a visual representation of what $116 (including tax) worth of these acrylic pegs looks like…minus the three pegs my child was holding. I made this for a first birthday present and I do feel these are big enough to be considered safe for my now toddler. I ultimately decided my budget was too low and I have since ordered 48 more pegs. I will say the purple pegs are virtually pointless and the blue pegs are not much better. Just an observation, not a complaint, but I’m not sure why there are two similar shades or orange. I would love it if the seller would incorporate some lighter, more translucent shades of blue and purple for the future and maybe include clear instead of one of the oranges. If the seller did this, I would consider purchasing more than I have already. I would also appreciate it if the ends had been smoothed. Some of the acrylic pegs had sharp edges and at $1.12/peg I feel like they could be a little nicer. I purchased these three separate times plus the current order I have pending. All three orders arrived sooner than expected and were in good condition.

Too many imperfections
It’s not easy to see in the photos I provided but a lot of these rods have chips missing from the ends and they are not smooth like I was expecting. It’s disappointing to see all the imperfections for the price I paid. I do not recommend this produce do to make the imperfections.
