Because it has only done one trip, I cant' speak to long term durability but the quality is high and I expect it to last for years given it's on a carry on bag rather than a checked bag. This tag allowed me to take my CPAPmachine and accessories on the airplane as carryon and not count as carryon as it is medical equipment.
