I started using these Real Food Women's vitamins about 6 months ago, and I really like them. I used to use a vitamin that is very similar, but I like these better. I use one per day unless I need an extra boost, and then I use more. They are small and don't stick in the throat, and you don't have to take them with food, so they are convenient to take any time. I don't take them before bed anymore though, for they could have been a culprit on the nights that it was hard to fall asleep. I highly recommend them.

What I like best is I can take this on an empty stomach. What I'm no longer liking is the size because recently I've been having some trouble swallowing in general. Not the pills fault - age and illness is the cause. The size used to be no problem at all, so strong recommendation to purchase is given. Also, I trust the brand, I noted increased energy when taking, and my labs all looked wonderful when I was taking one daily - not bad for someone in her mid-70's! Labs still in okay range, but somewhat lower since not taking.

I would like to say that I like that I can easily chew them! I have dry throat. So I don’t swallow vitamins. Their taste is not bad, very tolerable. Glad to have multi vitamins that aren’t gummies and full of sweeteners!

Great vitamins, these don't make me nauseous, I don't have to wait to take them when taking other medication because they are food, because of that I will not be without these ever. I have more energy and mental clarity and a bonus is my skin looks great on my face

My days start with this because its a great product. Believe me,I've tried several. None of them give me the energy and make me feel as good. My husband takes the mens version and feels the same way.

I was using these for a little while, thought I could use the extra help and on one hand I think my body felt better... on the other hand this was responsible for a large volume of stomach pain. I thought I was having stomach issues from something I was eating. In actuality these were causing bloating and gas. For me, it was causing pain instead of helping.

Used to purchase these vitamins from a dedicated health food website but found them a little less expensive here. These vitamins are made from food so in my opinion a little better than synthetic vitamins thay are mass marketed and sold in stores. Do your own research but I think these made from food vitamins are worth the cost.

I almost never write reviews. But may be this one deserves one given the low number at this time. So here goes. I bought these for my mother (60 yrs old), who has been an eternal supplement-skeptic. I am not exactly an evangelist either, and too many products on the market that are unlikely to work doesn't help. But this one caught my attention because of its claims of being organic, closer to real food, and a friend recommended, so decided to try.My mother has arthritis and bad back, and has for years been complaining of low energy levels, varicose veins etc. And in spite of her reluctance she has been taking the various supplements I buy for her (because of my belief that she has some kind of a nutritional imbalance in addition to her actual back and knee problems). Well, to my surprise, within a few days of starting on this product she started saying that she feels a lot better and felt that she was improving overall. Within weeks she reported much higher energy levels, and was able to do a lot of what her much-more-active friends do.So there is something in this. I hope it is not some natural pain killers or psychological stimulants. I will wait for a consumer testing agency to actually test this product before I start recommending hard (hence only 4 stars). Otherwise it is a good product to buy. It is probably not a substitute for real whole foods and a well-rounded diet, but if there is an unknown imbalance it may be able to address it.
