Deep dives about how copper/zinc etc aren’t effective unless you have a proper ratio, led me to this product. The additional ingredients were appealing as well. Taking it to help with hair growth. Given it doesn’t happen overnight…this will be a process I monitor over time, but it’s easy to take, no stomach upset and I’m happy to incorporate into my daily supplements.

I know that everyone is different, but these zinc pills are helping my immunity so much this winter. Who knew you could have a zinc deficiency? After much research I determined that this might be my skin and immunity problem. I was willing to test it with these zinc pills. All I can say is that my skin conditions are clearing up and my immunity has greatly improved since taking these. I’m on my second bottle now, and as long as I see improvements in my health I’ll continue to take them. I’m thankful I figured this out.

I bought this to help boost my immune system, and I like that it is fermented and includes probiotics. I read all of the reviews as well. My stomach is not very sensitive, so I believed the label when I read that you can take this product with or without food. It does not upset my stomach, but I definitely tolerate it better when I take it after eating, even if it's just a snack. The pills are very easy to swallow. I also have used New Chapter products for many years, so I feel confident in the quality of this supplement.

Not to sure how to feel about this, I don’t feel well after take them. Given them a break and going back to take them after time passes. Hopefully I can take them again and not have whatever reaction I was having from before.

All ingredients are great for a zinc/copper supplement plus extra herbs. I wait until it goes on sale to buy.
