Not exactly sure how it controls neck wrinkles since I just received it but it prevents my neck from getting any drafts while I am sleeping. I would highly recommend placing a double snap on it though... this way the extra strapstays in one place. I am wondering if this comes with any type of covering that can be place on it like a pillow case. This way I won't have to wash the pillow as much--and it would make it last longer.

This doesn't work if you have a larger neck you. It didn't fit me or my husband. My neck is larger at the base due to thyroid enlargement. If your neck is any larger than 17in than this pillow is too small to fit around. I could get it too bucket but I would be suffocating all night. It would be better if the pillow has an extender option. Definitely not one size fit all. What a bummer because I love the chest pillow from this brand

It's what I was looking for. I do understand what other customers were complaining about though. I'm a petite person and I don't have a very long neck so it's not as bad as it is for them. I bought this pillow because I needed help with a line I started to develop due to the constant use of our cell phones. It helps with the base of the neck but not that much with the top which was the actual reason I bought it for to begin with. Because it still allows me to bend my neck that way when looking down. I would have to use the last button of the little belt it came with, to adjust it to your neck circumference. But of I use the last button, it won't be healthy when you go sleep with it. It could be tight and I wouldn't recommend that. So they should ether make the pillow thicker or reduce the size of the buttons so you'll be more options when you try to adjust it to your neck circumference, esulting in half sizes if that makes sense. Because like I mentioned before, I use the button before that last one so it'll be perfect for my neck ifthere'd be one button between those two.

I bought this to stop my head from going forward and it helps but it not wide enough so my head still goes forward. Therefore, I use it and also hug my regular pillow close to my neck and that helps.It would be great if they made this in different widths.

This pillow is a magic for my good sleep and wrinkles prevention! First of all it saves a lot of my money for the wrinkle treatments and also, I noticed less pain in my neck a week after using it. The way it works that, it prevents the neck bending during night sleep. I am so glad I bought this pillow.

The pillow IT is very mall that I could not use IT, there is not any benefit using it.

It's really not stopping me putting my head down and wrinkling my neck. It could do with being taller. The only thing that improves it a bit is putting it on v tightly... But that doesn't seem safe! Would have returned buy missed return deadline.
