These are just the best. For those of us who need gut-friendly products, manufactured with high standards and rigid adherence to low FODMAP and IBS guidelines, these are a godsend. It’s a great company, with many important good products tailored to the IBS and low FODMAP population. And they are delicious. Four favors - all good.

It was nice to find a product I can eat with no worries how my tummy would feel. Taste is delicious and is the perfect mid afternoon snack or even in the evening with a cup of tea. Satisfies my sweet craving! Highly recommend

I love these. I eat a couple of a day while on the elimination phase of the Low FODMAP diet for the extra calories.

Delicious! I only have two issues with these bars: 1. Too much sugar! I wish this manufacturer would make two forms of each flavor, one for less sugar (around 3 grams would do for me), and one with their normal 7 grams per bar. 2. The other issue is that there is only one true unadulterated flavor (with no chemicals or additives of any kind). This leaves those of us who have allergies or will not compromise their body with these toxins a bit short on options. But in the end that's ok because more and more companies are making natural treat bars with low sugar, and high protein bars are being developed on a regular basis. Thanks for listening.

Fody Foods bars are excellent. Quality bars that taste good and won’t bother sensitive stomachs. I assumed that I was getting a box of 12 because that is how Fody bars are sold. I should have read the fine print. This seller sent half the amount of bars (6) for the price that I can get 12 elsewhere. I would have liked to receive a box of bars as I had expected and not 6 loose bars for the price of 12. Won’t be purchasing from this seller again. Beware.

These used to be my favorite low FODMAP snack, especially when traveling. However, the last box I got they were much gooier and sweeter than the past. I'm hoping it was just a bad batch and that the recipe hasn't been changed because they are not good.

I love these so much that I have to force myself to not eat one every single day (nutritional diversity and all that). They don't irritate my IBS / SIBO, they're the perfect snack or breakfast on the go, and they taste really good. Perfect amount of crunch and chewiness. I only wish it had more protein, but not a big deal. I am still going to buy these by the box.

As someone who suffers from ibs I can say these did not trigger any symptoms, they're chewy and filling as they have a decent amount of fat for one serving. I will say they don't taste very sweet (that was just something I noticed when I first tried them and now I'm used to it). Overall a decent snack, wish they were cheaper
