Q: Ive received the 5 item naturel set .it has no instruction leaflet on how to use how do i go about getting one as im keen to start using it .

That was also the problem I encountered. I found the Amazon page with the gift set helpful (pictures indicating which products better for AM / PM. I Googled the company website - unfortunately it was in German (not a language I know) and some videos on YouTube (one was in Russian). I have contacted the company and suggested information in English would be helpful (especially as it’s the internationally recognised language). Sorry I can’t be any more help than that. I will say I am impressed with the actual products. Best wishes.

Q: Why does the product smell as if it's off?

I personally would say it shouldn’t smell as if it’s off! Each product has a subtle scent, but not “off” and by no means is the combination overwhelming and smelling off. Personally I would contact Amazon/Seller and return the product.
